RELIGIOUS EDUCATION PROGRAM

Registration for all students attending Public or Private school Grades K to 8 will be on Saturday, September 5th, Sunday, September 6th and Saturday, September 12th after all Masses in Campbell Hall.

Please download the registration form or pick-up one up in the Parish Office.

The following records must be submitted on the day of registration:

• Baptismal Certificate
• Completed Registration Form
• Completed Emergency Contact Form
• For transfer students only - Permanent Record Card from previous Religious Education program

Registration Fees:

• $45.00 for one child
• $65.00 for two children
• $80.00 for three children and the
• $15.00 book fee per child

There is an additional fee for students enrolled in the First Eucharist and Confirmation programs. This fee will be due in April and additional information will be given at the Parent Meeting.

• Sunday, November 15th at 11am Confirmation Parent Meeting
• Sunday, March 7th at 11am First Eucharist Parent Meeting

All Parent Meetings will be held in the Technology Center of the school.

• First Eucharist 2010 Level 2 must have completed Level 1
• Confirmation 2010 Level 8 must have completed Levels 3 to 7
